Booking Policy

Bookings at EDS Training Solutions can be made via our website or over the phone with one of the team

 

Course Pre Requisite

Participants must have a good standard to English to partake in our training programmes

Participants must be physically able to partake in our training programmes and action all necessary practical skill elements in order to acquire certification

Participants must wear at all times all necessary PPE as prescribed by their course booking confirmation

Participants must when attending training adhere to all necessary COVID 19 site rules and this will include the wearing of face coverings for their duration on site. Masks can only be removed when seated at the students allocated table and chair in the dining area

 

Payment Policy

Full payment is due immediately upon booking all courses at EDS Training Solutions.  Bookings will remain provisional until full payment is received.

All major Credit Cards accepted

Electronic Transfer

Cash

For existing customers with credit terms, a PO Number must be provided before the course can be booked and confirmed

For the duration of the COVID 19 Pandemic, all forms of contactless payment would be preferred where possible

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (email) and reach the event organiser prior to the start of the course subject to the following:

10% of the full course fee will be charged on cancellations reived up to 15 calendar days of the start date

50% of the full course fee will be charged on cancellations received within 48hr – 24hrs

Regrettably, no refunds / cancellations can be made 5 days before a start date of the course.  You can however transfer to another date up to 24hours in advance.  After 24hours, no changes can be made.  If transferring to another date, our EDS COVID 19 Declaration Form many need to be completed again for our files

 

Substitutions:

Companies may substitute participants at any time prior to the start of the course without penalty.  For the duration of the COVID 19 Pandemic however, all necessary EDS COVID 19 Declaration forms must be completed by the substitute within a timeframe of 24hours

 

Certification Policy

Upon successful completion of all aspects of the training course both practical and theory based, the participant will be issued with their certification for the file

 

Venue Alterations

EDS Training Solutions reserves the right to alter the location of the venue(s) due to circumstances as is necessary.  EDS Training Solutions reserves the right to cancel public courses in circumstances beyond our control.  In the event that a course is cancelled, an alternative date will be made available to the attendee.  If this does not suit, a full refund will be given

 

Provision of Refreshments at our Training Centre

Tea, coffee, water and biscuits are provided throughout the day

We have a dining area with a microwave, fridge and tea / coffee making facilities where you can bring along a lunch if you so wish

Lunch is provided on select courses only

For the duration of the COVID 19 Pandemic, all student must bring their own lunch / break food.  Each student will be allocated a specific table and chair in the dining area and that must be their location for the duration of the training course.  No changing of tables and or chairs will be permitted
