How to Book
You can book a course with EDS Training Solutions online or over the phone or from our training premises.
Course Requirements
- A good understanding of English is recommended. If not, please contact us to discuss options.
- You must be physically able to complete all required practical skills for certification.
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) must be worn as specified in your booking confirmation email.
Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place.
- We accept credit cards, bank transfers, business cheques, and cash.
- Customers with credit terms must provide a PO number before booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Standard Course Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancelling 7 to 3 business days before the course: A 50% fee of the total course cost applies. but you can reschedule for a future date up to 3 business days before the start.
Cancelling within 3 business days of the course: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds.
Safe Pass Course Cancellation & Rescheduling
72+ business hours before the course: Full refund minus a €30 administration fee.
48+ business hours before the course: You can reschedule for free.
Less than 48 business hours before the course: No refunds, but you can reschedule for a fee of €85.
All cancellations must be made by email before the course starts.
Certification
- Certificates are issued after successfully completing all practical and theory assessments.
- For company bookings, certificates will be sent to the course organiser.
Venue & Course Changes
- We may change the training venue if needed.
- If we cancel a course, we’ll offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
Refreshments at Our Training Centre
- Free tea, coffee, water, and biscuits are available.
- A dining area with a microwave, fridge, and tea/coffee facilities is available if you bring lunch.
- Lunch is provided for select courses only.
