Booking Policy

How to Book

You can book a training course with EDS Training Solutions through the following methods:

  • Online
  • Email
  • Phone
  • In person at our training premises

Course Requirements

  • A good understanding of English is recommended. If you require language assistance, please contact us in advance to discuss available options.
  • Participants must be physically capable of completing all required practical skills for certification.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as specified in your booking confirmation email.

 


Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer, business cheque, and cash.
  • Customers with credit terms must provide a valid Purchase Order (PO) number before booking.

 


Cancellations & Rescheduling

Standard Course Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 7 to 3 business days before the course: A 50% cancellation fee applies. However, you may reschedule for a future date up to 3 business days before the course start date.
  • Less than 3 business days before the course: No refunds will be issued.

Safe Pass Course Cancellation & Rescheduling (Public Courses)

  • 72+ business hours before the course: Full refund minus a €30 administration fee per person.
  • 48+ business hours before the course: Rescheduling is available at no additional cost.
  • Less than 48 business hours before the course: No refunds. Rescheduling is available for a fee of €85 per person.

Group & Private Course Bookings Cancellation & Rescheduling

(Applies to group bookings of over five individuals on a public course or private course bookings.)

  • 7 to 3 business days before the course: A 50% cancellation fee applies. However, you may reschedule for a future date up to 3 business days before the course start date.
  • Less than 3 business days before the course: 100% of the total course fee is payable.

Note: All cancellations must be made in writing via email before the course start date.

 


Certification

  • Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of all practical and theoretical assessments.
  • For company bookings, certificates will be sent to the designated course organiser.

 


Venue & Course Changes

  • We reserve the right to change the training venue if necessary.
  • In the unlikely event that we cancel a course, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

 


Facilities & Refreshments

  • Complimentary tea, coffee, water, and biscuits are available at our training centre.
  • A dining area with a microwave, fridge, and tea/coffee facilities is provided for those bringing their own lunch.
  • Lunch is only provided for select courses (please refer to course details).
