- Demonstrate an approach to take when supporting individuals with a mental health issue

- Understand the impacts of poor mental health on the individual, others and the organisation
- Understand key legislation, regulations and codes of practice related to mental health in the workplace
- Understand the employee’s and employer’s responsibilities in relation to mental health in the workplace
- Be aware of actions an employer can take to improve mental well-being within the workplace
There will be a written exam (60minutes) and a practical assessment after the programme and learners must achieve a 70% mark or above to pass. Certification will be issued upon successful completion of your practical and exam.
