Where We Store Your Personal Data
The data we collect from you may be shared with or transferred to and stored at a destination outside of our premises. These other destinations will be restricted to our accredited bodies. It may
also be processed by staff operating outside of our premises who work for us or for one of our suppliers and accredited bodies. Such staff maybe engaged in among other things, the fulfilment of
your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. Your data will be held by us for a period set out by our accrediting bodies which can range from 2 years to 5 years. Your personal data will be kept for the period where you are actively a customer using our services and for the purpose of contacting you for notification you for renewal of certification.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site. Any such transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information we will use strict
procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access. All data collected will be securely stored on our CRM and filing system

How long we retain your data
